Field Manual · Part 2 of 2

Safe water, without depending on anyone —Part 2— Storage, dosing, and emergency protocols

With the 3000 ppm CDS concentrate already in the refrigerator, this second part covers how to treat the reserve, how much to administer according to weight, and what to do when there is no pharmacy or veterinarian nearby.

04

Storage and water purification system

Once you have the 3000 ppm CDS concentrate in your refrigerator, the next step is to ensure that the water stored in your reserves is fit for human consumption by eliminating bacteria, viruses, fungi, and parasites through selective oxidation.

1 · Container selection and preparation

Successful storage depends on preventing algae growth and material corrosion.

  • Primary containers: use black or opaque high-density polyethylene (HDPE) barrels. Opacity is critical for blocking UV rays, which break down chlorine dioxide and promote algae growth.
  • Extraction system: shutoff valves must be made strictly of plastic (PVC or PP).
⚠️ No metals

Never use metal valves or pipes: ClO₂ will corrode the material and contaminate the water with toxic metal residue.

2 · The “golden rule” of water purification

To ensure the biological safety of clear water —from the public supply or a well— for daily consumption, apply the standard dose:

Standard water purification dose 1 ml of 3000 ppm CDS
per liter of water
Calculation for common containers
ContainerCDS to add
1 liter1 ml
5 liters5 ml
10 liters10 ml
200 liters200 ml

Procedure: use a needleless plastic syringe to measure the CDS directly from the refrigerated bottle and pour it into the water container. After adding it, the water is safe to drink, maintaining a neutral pH and mild taste, making it ideal for the whole family.

3 · Biofilm management and maintenance

Over time, the walls of the barrels may develop biofilm, a slimy bacterial layer. Unlike ordinary chlorine, CDS has the unique ability to penetrate and dismantle this structure.

  • Shock cleaning: if you notice sediment or slime when inspecting your barrels, add 5 ml of CDS per liter of capacity and leave it to work for 24 hours before rinsing and refilling.
  • Thermal stability: ClO₂ gas remains better dissolved in cold water. If the temperature of the treated water rises above 11 °C, the gas may gradually evaporate and reduce its long-term disinfecting power.

4 · Consumption safety

Harmless residue

After the oxidation reaction, the final residue in the water is oxygen and a minimal amount of common salt (sodium chloride), which is completely harmless to the body.

Final protection: for already purified water that will be moved to the table or used daily, choose amber glass bottles or HDPE containers to protect it from ambient light.

05

The pillars of family biosecurity

After ensuring water storage and purification in the previous chapter, it is imperative that the family understand the biological logic that makes Chlorine Dioxide a superior tool to ordinary disinfectants. Before proceeding to use the chemical kit in critical situations, we must establish the fundamentals of safety and action that protect the integrity of our reserve and our health.

1 · The mechanism of action: selective oxidation by pH

Unlike antibiotics or chemical poisons, which work through complex metabolic processes, Chlorine Dioxide purifies water and the body through a simple physical process: oxidation.

  • Selectivity: ClO₂ gas is a selective oxidant that reacts only with acidic-pH pathogens: viruses, anaerobic bacteria, fungi, and small parasites.
  • Cellular safety: because the human body has a slightly alkaline pH (~7.4) and the ability to dissipate electrical charges, CDS does not damage healthy tissue at the recommended doses.
  • No resistance: by “burning” —oxidizing— the enemy's protein structure, no pathogen can develop resistance to Chlorine Dioxide. Its effectiveness does not decrease over years of storage.

2 · Safety and residue: the salt and oxygen cycle

A legitimate concern for any parent is the chemical residue left in the water after treatment.

Proven safety

Scientific studies, such as those conducted by Lubbers and his team, have shown that ingesting these solutions in controlled doses is safe for humans, with no negative side effects on blood or immunological parameters.

3 · Golden rules for family handling

For the purification system to be effective and not become dangerous, the family must follow four absolute rules.

The four absolute rules
RuleWhy
01
No metal
Chlorine Dioxide oxidizes metal instantly. Never use metal spoons, lids, or containers —not even stainless steel— to handle CDS or purified water: it would absorb toxic metal particles.
02
No antioxidants
Vitamin C (ascorbic acid), coffee, alcohol, and processed juices neutralize the purifier's effect. If the water is consumed with these substances, the CDS “dies” before it can eliminate the pathogens.
03
Baking soda only
In the event of accidental ingestion of pure concentrate, the only safe neutralizing agent is baking soda dissolved in water.
04
Do not drink the concentrate
Pure 3000 ppm CDS is a powerful chemical purifying agent, not a product for direct consumption. It must never be consumed on its own or directly from the reserve bottle.
⚠️ Always remember

The concentrate is intended to be diluted in the water reserve so that it is safe for the family. The purification dose —1 ml per liter— is what ensures the safety and effectiveness of the system.

4 · Preparing for action

This system is not merely a passive reserve: it is a biosecurity asset. By understanding that CDS is a gas trapped in water that seeks out acidic pathogens to oxidize them, we are ready to use this same technology not only to purify water, but also to address burns, bites, stings, and infections through the emergency chemical kit detailed in the next chapter.

06

The emergency chemical kit

In an emergency or isolation situation, 3000 ppm CDS becomes a multipurpose tool that can replace a wide variety of conventional medications. These are the protocols for common incidents requiring a rapid response.

H

Preventing transmission · air disinfection

Vital when a family member has a respiratory illness and you want to prevent others from becoming infected. It is based on the slow release of ClO₂ gas into the environment.

  • Procedure: activate 6 to 12 drops of sodium chlorite and activator in a dry glass, without adding water.
  • Placement: place the glass 1 to 2 meters away from the sick person.
  • Regulation: if you want the gas to be released more slowly and last throughout the night, add one tablespoon of water to the mixture.
  • Effect: the evaporated gas eliminates airborne pathogens before they are inhaled by other people.
Q

Burns and tissue regeneration

CDS is exceptionally effective for treating burns: it eliminates pain almost instantly and accelerates tissue recovery without leaving deep scars.

  1. Cooling: first wash the burn with plenty of cold water to stop the thermal damage.
  2. Application: spray undiluted 3000 ppm CDS directly onto the affected area.
  3. Frequency: if the pain returns after a few minutes, spray again every 30 minutes until the discomfort stops completely.

Generally, one to three treatments are enough to stabilize the area and regenerate the tissue quickly.

I

Stings and bites

It is used to neutralize toxins injected by insects, spiders, jellyfish, and even ticks.

  • Immediate procedure: soak gauze or cotton with cold 3000 ppm CDS from the refrigerator and apply it directly to the sting or bite.
  • Action of the gas: ClO₂ penetrates the wound and oxidizes the acidic proteins in the venom, neutralizing its toxic effect immediately.
  • Severe cases: for bites from venomous spiders (such as the Chilean recluse) or stings from scorpions, it can be combined with Protocol K by adding DMSO so that the purifier quickly reaches greater depths.
J

Oral hygiene and infection prevention

In environments without access to a dentist, CDS prevents serious infections, eliminates dental biofilm, and heals canker sores in record time.

  • Standard rinse: dilute 10 ml of CDS in a glass containing 200 ml of water.
  • Application: gargle and rinse for one minute, ensuring that the liquid reaches the entire mouth.
  • Benefits: it is a lethal treatment for gingivitis (bleeding gums) and pyorrhea, and eliminates bad breath at its source by destroying anaerobic bacteria.
07

Advanced Biological Synergy

Remineralization and the Chemical "Door Opener"

K

The chemical “door opener” · CDS + DMSO

DMSO (dimethyl sulfoxide) is a substance that, when combined with CDS, acts as a transport vehicle that instantly crosses the skin and cell membranes.

  • Function: it carries the purifying gas to deep areas —muscles, bones, or joints— that water alone cannot easily reach.
  • Critical preparation: always use DMSO at 50%, mixed with distilled water; at higher concentrations, it may irritate the skin.
  • Application: spray 3000 ppm CDS onto clean skin and immediately apply the DMSO on top, rubbing gently.
⚠️ Golden safety rule

Never store DMSO in bottles with rubber droppers: it is a powerful solvent that will dissolve the rubber and contaminate the solution with toxins. Use only glass or high-density plastics (HDPE).

🌊

Critical remineralization: seawater plasma

In prolonged emergency situations, consuming only stored or filtered water may purify the body, but it can also “wash away” essential minerals if they are not adequately replenished.

  • Synergy with CDS: seawater is fully compatible with chlorine dioxide. It can be added to the already treated water reserve without neutralizing the purifier's oxidizing effect, allowing the body to be disinfected and nourished in a single step.
  • Biological support: it contains all the minerals and trace elements of the periodic table in proportions nearly identical to human blood serum (the Quinton Plasma concept). This facilitates immediate energy replenishment and cellular regeneration under stressful conditions.
  • The isotonic mixture: to make it safe and pleasant for the whole family, a ratio of 1:3 is recommended — one part seawater to three parts of your freshwater reserve. This mixture mimics the body's internal salinity and is the most complete natural form of hydration available.
  • No seawater? Add 9 grams of salt per liter of water. Since it is still 1 liter of water, the dose of concentrated CDS remains unchanged: only 1 ml.

3 · Food hygiene and extreme preservation

In situations of scarcity or lack of electric refrigeration, CDS is the best ally for food safety.

  • Washing vegetables: ClO₂ eliminates Listeria, E. coli, and mold from fruits and vegetables without leaving toxic residue.
  • The “refrigerator trick”: place an open bottle containing a mixture of activated reagents in the refrigerator door. The slowly released gas creates a preserving atmosphere that prevents food from becoming moldy, extending its shelf life by weeks.
  • Disinfecting utensils: use the leftover liquid residue from CDS production to sterilize cutting boards and kitchen cloths.

4 · Veterinary self-sufficiency

A family's survival often depends on its animals. CDS is a low-cost, highly effective animal biosecurity tool.

  • Epidemic prevention: adding CDS to the drinking water of poultry or livestock prevents widespread transmission.
  • Wound treatment: it is lethal against infections in cuts and hooves, and accelerates tissue regeneration without the need for costly medications.
  • Universality: it has been successfully tested on dogs, cats, horses, and even fish and bees, without causing bacterial resistance.
